William Brighenti, CPA, and Carole Romatis, QuickBooks Guru

Accountants CPA Hartford, LLC: William Brighenti, Certified Public AccountantWilliam Brighenti, Certified Public Accountant and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and Carole Romatis, resident QuickBooks guru, of Accountants CPA Hartford, LLC, wish to welcome all small businesses in West Hartford, Connecticut to our professional services.  We have been engaging various small businesses in West Hartford, Connecticut, across a spectrum of industries since opening our doors this year as a small local public accounting firm, offering accounting, QuickBooks, and tax services at fees that small businesses, such as yours, can afford during these very difficult economic times.

Perhaps it is time for you to review and assess the current level of services that your current certified public accountants have been providing you.  For instance,
  1. Is your QuickBooks software set up to your satisfaction?
If not, we can help.  We know the intricacies of QuickBooks.  We will design your chart of accounts to produce precisely the reports that you need to run your business.
  1. Do you really know how to use QuickBooks?
No?  Don't be embarrassed.  Most individuals do not know how to use QuickBooks effectively and efficiently.  In fact, many certified public accountants do not know, too.  We know this to be true.

We can train you to use QuickBooks, including preparing financial reports, customizing QuickBooks reports, processing invoices, recording receipts, making deposits, recording bills, printing checks in QuickBooks, reconciling bank accounts, preparing payroll and payroll reports, job costing, whatever.

And we can train you at your office in West Hartford, either in person or through remote access services whenever you need us.

Contact us about our upcoming classes on QuickBooks.  William Brighenti, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, will be offering a series of classes on a multitude of QuickBooks subjects for the novice to the expert.  Stay tuned.
  1. Do you need bookkeeping assistance, but don't need a bookkeeper full-time nor wish to hire an employee?
We will do your books.  Not only will your books be current and up-to-date, but you will have your reports and any other information when you need them.

And we will save you money and headaches.  Contact us for more details.
  1. Do you feel that your present certified public accountant is charging you too much money?
Our fees are less than one-half of those of most of our competitors in West Hartford and elsewhere in the Greater Hartford area.  Why pay more?

Do you really believe that if you pay more per hour, that you are assured better quality?
  1. Are you satisfied with the tax services provided by your CPA?
Does your CPA provide sufficient tax planning services to help you anticipate your tax position?  Are you using the most favorable tax accounting method?

We will review your present tax accounting method and, if warranted, make appropriate changes.  And we offer tax planning services throughout the year.

We do not like surprises; neither should you.
  1. Are financial statements costing you an arm-and-a-leg?
We can save you money!  We do compilations, reviews, and audits.

And when we do your bookkeeping, your information is virtually ready for financial reports, so the financials won't cost you an arm-and-a-leg.

William Brighenti is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  He began his career in public accounting in 1979, working for a large regional firm in downtown Hartford.  Upon returning to public accounting, he has worked at a number of public accounting firms in Connecticut.

Bill specializes in construction accounting; however, he has experience in many other industries, including manufacturing, not-for-profits, restaurants, property management, telecommunications, financial and professional services, farming, etc.

Besides working in banking for nearly twenty years, including at a large regional bank in West Hartford, Carole Romatis has operated several small businesses of her own, in New Britain and Berlin, Connecticut.  Consequently, she truly understands the accounting and bookkeeping needs of small business owners.  Carole's passion in life, besides QuickBooks, is gourmet cooking, and she particularly welcomes all restaurant owners—in West Hartford, the Connecticut Valley, and the Greater Hartford Area—to call her for any accounting, bookkeeping, and tax work.

Accountants CPA Hartford, LLC looks forward to serving you and your business in West Hartford, Connecticut.  Thank you.
